Tina Poole Johnson has spent her career investing in individuals, organizations, and communities through community development and energy finance, affordable housing, and organizational development and capacity building. Currently Senior Vice President, Network Services, Tina manages training and organizational development programs, leads OFN’s initiatives on climate solutions and resilience, and supports OFN’s financial services. Before joining OFN, Tina had an independent consulting practice serving CDFI and green bank clients focused on community development and energy finance. Earlier, as a member of the Self-Help Credit Union and Ventures Fund commercial lending team, Tina closed over $25 million in loans for renewable energy, community facilities, charter schools, affordable housing, and in other sectors important for healthy communities. As the Senior Manager, Curriculum and Training, at NeighborWorks America, Tina managed the training division’s Community Economic Development and Single-Family and Small Business Lending content area. Previous work experiences with three local nonprofit housing developers include serving as project manager for affordable multifamily housing financing and development, staffing affordable homeownership programs, and directing a revitalization program for small rental properties. She has a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, and a bachelor’s from Yale University.
